When used regularly, this gua sha facial tool helps to release tight muscles in the face so it can firm, lift, sculpt, and de-puff.

1. Angle the sculptor against the skin and run from the collarbone up toward the chin, while maintaining light pressure. 

2. On the face, start with one side then the other, sweeping along the jawline, across cheekbones to ears, and from brow to hairline. 

3. Take extra care around the eye area. For beginners, we recommend working up to 2-3 times a week, for 3-5 minutes at a time.
